Not Your Daughter’s Dance Class
Wednesday 7:45 -8:45 pm

 “Not Your Daughter’s Dance Class“ ladies only class!  Ladies 21 years of age and older are invited to join us in the fun for the launch of our 8 week session. Each week we will offer an invigorating class with different dance styles from hip-hop, jazz, heels, eighties throwbacks and more!


Body By Bianca
Thursday 5:30-6:30 pm

Barre
fitness is a hybrid workout that combines ballet-inspired movement with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Barre classically involves ballet barre exercises and uses classic dance moves such as plies, extensions and static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements so we will feel the burn. We generally use small weight and resistance bands during the center floor work. Barre will be offered for 45 minutes, with 15 minutes focused on flexibility and movement, this class is meant for all fitness levels and every exercise can be modified.


Ballet 
Tuesday 6:15- 7:15 pm
Instructor: Kristen Gilmore

A fun session that focuses on building strength and flexibility. Traditional barre and centre floor exercises, combined with original choreography that builds each week. Previous ballet experience required.


Tap – Level 1
Wednesday 6:45- 7:45 pm
Instructor: Quynn Gilmore

A class for tappers at a basic skill level (shuffles, flaps, Irish etc. ) looking to dust off their tap shoes and come practice some familiar steps as well as learn some new technique, terminology and choreography!


Tap – Level 2
Wednesday 6:45- 7:45 pm

It’s time to put your tap shoes back on…Let’s enrich your tap technique through an invigorating 8 week session tap class. This class will develop upon the tap skills that you already once had. Let’s wing, pick up and Buffalo the night away with tap dancing! 


Hip Hop
Tuesday 8:00-9:00 pm
Instructor: Rebecca Baker

Come and get your sweat on with Rebecca in adult Hip Hop! A high energy class with upbeat popular music will get your body moving in ways you didn’t know you could. Who said exercise can’t be fun?  No experience necessary
