6 Week Session
No Fall session for 2016
A one hour a week, Adult ballet class, for a 6 week period.
Offering an elegant yet challenging workout to classical music. Slow controlled movement focusing on creating length, stability and grace. A series of exercises at the barre and centre, working on developing overall strengthen and conditioning of the body.
You will be encouraged to challenge yourself as the class builds from week to week.
Some prior dance experience is required, but don’t worry if it’s been awhile.
Just come out and remind your body how good it feels to dance.
