This program is found to be extremely instrumental in reinforcing body strengthen, to further compliment a student’s technical and stylistic dance training, prevent injuries and better execute balance and technique with power, grace and performance. Students will challenge themselves each week with the use of exercise apparatus making the session a fun and rewarding experience.

If interested in both conditioning and jazz classes, the times will be adjacent to each other
